Characteristics/Applications:

Prevents pigment flocculation, increases system storage stability.

Improves gloss and tinting strength, reduces viscosity.

Improves the floating color and blooming phenomenon produced by pigment mixing.

Especially suitable for the dispersion of inorganic pigments in resin-free grinding systems.

Particularly effective in reducing viscosity in high-solid aqueous systems. Suitable for both water-based and oil-based systems.

Product Usage and Recommendations:
Recommended dosage of dispersant (percentage by weight of pigment)

Zinc Powder: 1-2%

Titanium Dioxide: 10-20%

Other Inorganic Pigments: 10-20%

Transparent Iron Oxide: 15-30%

Carbon Black: 20-40%

Organic Pigments: 15-40%

It is recommended to dissolve the dispersant completely in the grinding medium before adding the pigment for grinding.

Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place. After opening the container, seal and store any unused portion. Under recommended storage conditions, unopened packaging has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
